i think the whole fuss was something about there being nothing in history about akbar marrying anyone named jodha. it's been banned in rajasthan and a few other places, and some theaters aren't playing it due to protest...crazy stuff nice job 5abi at saying the movie would flop...lol though i thought the same the first week the ads ran on TV from what im hearing from my entire family, it's great, but IMO aish and hrithik both suck at acting. they're saying the songs are good (though im not liking that fake qawwali i heard on the soundtrack - typical misrepresentation at its best) one thing they didn't like, and one thing i've read some bad reviews of...hrithik's urdu in the movie. even if the naujawaan have become too dumbed down by bollywood, im being told it was too lax, and the times it wasn't, too forced, out-of-place. then again, if you want to be really historically accurate, you might as well have the movie in farsi. as for the movie posters being burned/torn down...lol im guessing they were also pissed at hrithik's attempt at thinking he could look as tough as the great PRITHVIRAJ KAPOOR lol
