go india have Desi roti..with Makan,,with a Glass of Lassi, you'll put on weight and thats way to get stronger and fitter,
i did that..i actually over did it.. though

try eating food with high calories.
one gram of fat is roughly 9 calories
whereas one gram of carbohydrates and protein is roughly 4 calories.
You would have to work out how many calories you need in a day to maintain your weight or put weight on. Research into it for yourself.
