yea mate u get all these heros who just do bicep curls thinking they getting 'tonk/hench/thick etc' but its impossible to get solid without doing the compounds. kid wats ur lifting stats? always good 2 see an apna training

im on 110kg for 7 reps on bench curl 23.5kg dumbells deadlift 130 squat 120
not sure about 1 rep max cant be bothered 2 calculate them
