Wednesday morning is the best time to buy gasoline according to GasPriceWatch.com. That's because prices usually move up for the weekend, after which they settle, hitting the low point by Wednesday. And it makes sense to buy your gas in the morning when it's the coolest time of day. This is when gasoline is most dense. Gas pumps charge by the volume of gasoline, not the density, so in colder temperatures you'll get more for your dollar. so true! i heard that on radio and read it in the paper...gas particles expand in the heat, durin middle of day so it takes less to fiilll up but cost jus as much....so wen its cooler...particles dont expand which means u get more ..but good stuff Gina

^^Petrol prices may be falling, but so is the quality of this fuel. You will find say for example £20 worth of petrol wont last u as long as it normally would wen the prices were higher. i heard a lot of gas station owners are adding water into their gasolines... thats why it dont last long... yes..the ones being run by punjabiz....they are even adding soda into the gasoline..and adding the gasoline into the soda....beware of the slurpree/jayzee version
