Its not like theres a shortage of business people or IT technicians!!!! theres a huge majority of asians out there dumb enough to copy each other and go to exactly the same uni's as each other just to doss And im not dissing all of them, infact im just commenting upon how sad it is that the majority of asians do exactly the same subjects why not do something more worthwhile? Theres a shortage of doctors so do medicine! Or do something to stand out from the crowd! And considering u go DMU im willing to bet entry grades are much lower for doing computer science than if u were to go somewhere like Warwick or Kings College And i got AAAA and got a straight entry into Royal Holloway where im doing psychology Before u retaliate and say im a snob id like to point out most of my friends are asian and i come across loads living in London. Its the typical asians i pity lOL
so u think computers and business are typical amongst the asian crowd but not physchology.
MOST PEOPLE STUDY physchology...and i dont see u contributing to the shortage of doctors and dentists...
did u no that asian people saved the NHS?
did u no that most of the doctors and dentists in the UK are asian (indian and chinese mostly)
did u also no that many asian people who study Computers share there knowledge with big companies such as BMI?
DID U NO ANY OF THAT BEFORE U TYPED THAT CRAP?
no didnt think so
AND for ur information....dmu is one of my choices cuz its got a fab computer/design department so jus shutup

looooool rosie u sound like a ride dopey f*k
computers = ibm not bmi (thats the aeroplane company) and shes studying psychology not physchology what she is studying is about the brain and theories about how people think etc not medicine or biology
and yes computer science is hard...but im sure people say that about every course because it is very detailed. i do accounting...i went into my mates lecture on architecture, forensics and law....they all have their difficult bits and easy bits.
im from dmu yeh...and even i accept that its a S#!t uni to study...but if you put ur head down...and get a first...while sum next man goes to oxford and gets a 2-2 in the same subject....it dont make a hella of a difference does it?

I'm at DMU, it's alright... Nuffin special... But it's what you make of it.
If you enjoy it, and make it worthwhile it all good, but you can't decide on a whole university by just visiting someone for abit.
And the talent's not all that around campus, go to Liquid/Envy for that.

DMU BRUUUAAA....im bored thats y i posted this comment btw oxford n dmu r totally diff, even if u do da same course, they teach different things and at different standards. so the 2.2 from oxford might be worth more than a higher grade from DMU

If you got the points requirement for the course, DMU should let you in.
