ive finally got the shape i wanted (im getting ripped) i went thru stressfull S#!t on a strict diet.. but oh well it payed of at the end of the day! but the amount of Protien i have to consume is fuking Sickning me now!

lifting weights is fun...and all...but muscles feel funny....like ur allwasy feeling these big friggin things hanging on the side of yoru body...and then u allways feel like girls are watching you...even the ugly ones...you pick up a friggin pen and your arm muscles move around like ur friggin herculus motion picture...im thinking about losing muscle now...someone talk me out of it

I remember you were in two minds about it. naah i never took creatine, altho i did the loading phase and all that bull, but after that, i allowed it, cause it really didnt make a difference, now that im Ripped.. im just working with Less weight but More Reps works wonders!

I do a weights & boxing combo and trus it works wonders. I take da whey protein to help the muscles but not creatine (I got a medic mate who trains wiv me and he said its the same as jus puttin water in the muscles i.e. not real lean muscle which is what i was after).
Anyways you guys should do a major cardio sport like boxing as well cos it makes you get ripped faster. The weights build the muscle but the boxing burns all the fat so you can actually see them ya get me! I mean that twat Amir Khan has a fat percentage of 1.5% for his last fight and you culd see he was in shape. All about fat levels not jus muscle building.

Boxing is a great form of cardio, though I stick to 2 sessions of HIIT a week, burns more fat and reduces muscle loss. No offense but your medic mates thoughts on creatine are way off the mark.
