who actually really works out ''as in weightlifting'' ? dont just say you do, but really dont, im actually serious! what actually made you first get into all this? 1)looking buff n slick 2)impress girls 3) for a Healthier life ahead! girls can contribute to.. ive seen many girls at my gym lifting hmm yes ''weights''.. i aint been to the Gym for a few months Now, hmm say since Oct 07.. just wanted to know what will get me motivated back into it? p.s u'lll know what i mean when i say get ''back into it'' once you've actually stopped for a few months & how hard it really is to get back into it!! its like i cant be askeddddddddddddddd

I was a skinny f**k, got pissed off and started training... Now im built like a greek god (not boasting, just being honest)...
I get what you saying, once you stop its kinda hard to get back in the groove, use to happen to me, but over the last 18 months iv stuck to my routine and have only missed sessions when im ill...
P.S... the pump u get during Weight training and the soreness u get the next day is as good as sex

so when u two plannin on losin ur virginity LaWWWlll You guys heard of that guy that lifted too much and his intestines came out his ass yup yup gross man he ended up dying, thats why you always have to make sure to have a spotter while benching, You may see those macho guys lifting by themselves lookin like the S#!t, but your the stronger man when your with a spotter, mentally not physically cuz when that guys alone someday and hes like im the shiznit and goes for 450 pounds by himself, whats he gonna do nothingg

No, Creatine, Protien, Branch Chained Amino Acids, Glutamine... I could go on... yo boss.. any side effects ^^ taking thems tablets? creatine.. hmm.. dont you think theirs a Frequent Urge to Urinate after taking it!! but what ever works stick to that ''right''!! whats better protien in skimmed milk or water? i see mans drinking it down with water.. i usually/hmm well use to take it with Skimmed milk!! i use to bench heavy allways especially after taking creatine. say hm.. 160kg 170kg.. hmmm 5reps max out! not to bad!! at times i think its all in the Mind that u know you've been taking creatine so bench heavy.. n when u aint.. it seems like ''fuk i cant lift S#!t'' people say its all in the Mind..!! could be right !!

Only BCAA's are tablets, rest are powders. Protien in water or milk? Some people dont like milk, so they go for water, its not a big deal, do what suits you best. You're bound to piss more when you take creatine becasue you have to drink alot of water for this supplement, for various reasons, and anyway, when you exercise you should drink 2 litres of water a day.
