i really shouldn't even entertain that question. If you don't know you shouldn't be looking to buy a private plate. But just for you i will explain that it sounds the same as CAR.

What are you gaining, and benefiting from selling these plates and deducting no profit from it, also how can we be sure that the money will actualy go to charity or is this just con to make a sale.
As they are 07 private plates, and your not gona get numberplates free.
